Veri Silme Talimatları

info@maxtrturizm.com adresine “Veri Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.

E-postada şunları belirtin:

• Ad ve soyad
• Mesajların gönderildiği telefon numarası
• Varsa rezervasyon referans numarası

Bu bilgiler, talebin doğru kayda ait olduğunu doğrulamak için gereklidir.

Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve sonuç size e-posta ile bildirilir.

Silinen veriler veritabanı yedeklerinde en fazla 14 gün daha kalabilir. Bu sürenin sonunda yedeklerden de kendiliğinden silinir.

Kaydınız silindikten sonra, yeni bir rezervasyonunuz olmadıkça size WhatsApp üzerinden bilgilendirme mesajı gönderilmez. Gelecekteki rezervasyonlarınızda da otomatik mesaj almak istemiyorsanız, bunu talebinizde belirtmeniz yeterlidir.

Silme talebinizden sonra yalnızca şu kayıtlar saklanmaya devam eder:

• Otomatik bilgilendirme mesajlarının gönderim ve teslim kayıtları: bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde (KVKK m.5/2-e; GDPR Art. 17(3)(e)) 365 günlük süre dolana kadar saklanabilir.
• Durdurma kaydı: otomatik mesajları durdurma talebiniz varsa, bu talebe uyabilmemiz için yalnızca telefon numaranız ve talep tarihiniz saklanır (meşru menfaat, KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Mevzuat gereği saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar: bu sürenin sonuna kadar tutulur, saklama yükümlülüğü dışında hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz ve süre dolduğunda silinir.

Bu kayıtlar ve hangi verileri, hangi amaçla ve ne kadar süreyle işlediğimiz hakkında ayrıntılı bilgiyi gizlilik politikası sayfasında bulabilirsiniz.

Send an e-mail with the subject “Veri Silme Talebi” (Data Deletion Request) to info@maxtrturizm.com.

Please state the following in your e-mail:

• First name and surname
• The telephone number the messages were sent to
• Your booking reference, if you have one

We need these details to confirm that the request matches the right record.

Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest and the result is sent to you by e-mail.

Deleted data may remain in database backups for up to 14 more days. At the end of that period it is removed from the backups automatically.

Once your record is deleted, no information messages are sent to you over WhatsApp unless you make a new booking. If you do not want automated messages for future bookings either, simply say so in your request.

After your deletion request, only the following records are kept:

• Sending and delivery records of automated information messages: to the extent necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 17(3)(e) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5/2-e), these may be kept until their 365-day period ends.
• Stop record: if you have asked us to stop automated messages, only your telephone number and the date of the request are kept so that we can honour that request (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Records we are legally required to keep: these are retained until the required period ends, are not used for any purpose other than that legal obligation, and are deleted once the period expires.
