Veri Silme Talimatları

info@maxtrturizm.com adresine “Veri Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.

E-postada şunları belirtin:

• Ad ve soyad
• Mesajların gönderildiği telefon numarası
• Varsa rezervasyon referans numarası

Bu bilgiler, talebin doğru kayda ait olduğunu doğrulamak için gereklidir.

Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve sonuç size e-posta ile bildirilir.

Kaydınız silindikten sonra WhatsApp üzerinden tarafınıza bilgilendirme mesajı gönderilmez.

Mevzuat gereği belirli bir süre saklanması zorunlu olan kayıtlar bu sürenin sonuna kadar tutulur. Bu kayıtlar saklama yükümlülüğü dışında hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz ve süre dolduğunda silinir.

Hangi verileri, hangi amaçla ve ne kadar süreyle işlediğimizi gizlilik politikası sayfasında bulabilirsiniz.

Send an e-mail with the subject “Veri Silme Talebi” (Data Deletion Request) to info@maxtrturizm.com.

Please state the following in your e-mail:

• First name and surname
• The telephone number the messages were sent to
• Your booking reference, if you have one

We need these details to confirm that the request matches the right record.

Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest and the result is sent to you by e-mail.

Once your record is deleted, no further information messages are sent to you over WhatsApp.

Records that legislation requires us to keep for a set period are retained until that period ends. Such records are not used for any purpose other than that legal obligation and are deleted once the period expires.
